These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• The closing date for entries is midnight on 28th February 2007.
• No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged.
• Any number of entries per person is acceptable but only one entry per entry form is allowed through the official website.
• The prize will be awarded to the competitor who has answered 2 questions correctly and who has, in the opinion of the judges, finished the tiebreaker sentence in no more than 20 words in the most apt and original way.
• By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
• Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• There is one prize, which consists of four nights accommodation for two people sharing a twin room, all meals, unlimited use of the facilities, together with a Champneys Body Massage and a relaxing facial per person.

• Transport to and from the resort nor included.
• There is no cash alternative to this prize.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.
